For the first time in 25-years since the awards began, the winner will be chosen by the kbbreview retail readers and the vote will be open to thousands of retailers across both the UK and Ireland.

Eileen Slattery, Marketing Manager at MERLYN, says, “We are delighted to have made the shortlist for this year’s awards. This nomination really is a testament to years of meticulous design and engineering which has led to pioneering solutions, like the Arysto Eight’s revolutionary self-cleaning rollers and rail system which creates an exceptionally smooth, effortless movement, enhancing the user experience”.

The shortlisting of products for the Product Innovation categories was done by a panel of KBB retailers who drew-up the shortlists of ten bathroom products from all the submitted entries. Winners will be chosen by opening up those 10 products to a vote in order to decide which product will take the trophy at the event on April 4th, in Manchester. The voting process for the Product Innovation categories opened on Feb 1st and will remain open until the end of this month.

The judging for the bathroom category was sent to 3,000 retailers, chosen at random. Voting is an evaluation of the principles and features of the products as described in the entry process and voted for by retailer readers of kbbreview. Winning products will ultimately be those that receive the most votes in their respective categories and will be announced on the night, at the event, by the traditional opening of an envelope.

Best of luck to all nominees!
