Highly Commended in CCMA Awards
Against extremely strong competition our customer care team came highly commended for Contact Centre of the Year – Small in the Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services Awards held at the Clayton Hotel, Dublin on Saturday, November 16th.
This is the fourth year our customer care team has been shortlisted by the CCMA judges which is a great testament to our team who work everyday to make excellence a habit. Headed up by Kathy Egan Customer Service Manager, the team were praised for their continued journey in relentlessly pursuing operational and service excellence.
The judges applauded our hunger for advancement, our customer centric mindset and the role of our people in delivering on everything we promise to customers. Calling MERLYN a progressive, innovative and pioneering company who have raised the bar for contact centre excellence within this category.
