Merlyn Wins Second Year In A Row!
Against extremely strong competition Merlyn Showering’s customer service team won a coveted accolade at the 2017 Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services Awards held at the Clayton Hotel, Dublin on Saturday 11th November.
Merlyn Showering won Contact Centre of the Year – Small… for the second year running! The winning team, headed up by Kathy Egan Customer Service Manager, were praised for their continued journey in relentlessly pursuing operational and service excellence.
In announcing Merlyn as the unanimous winner of this award, the judges applauded their hunger for advancement, their customer centric mindset and the role of its people in delivering on everything they promise to customers. A progressive, innovative and pioneering company who have raised the bar for contact centre excellence within this category.

These awards recognise and honour the companies and people who focus on being the best. Merlyn have implemented many changes over the last 12 months to improve their customer experience.
